About Our Products
We sell wallpaper murals and related products that may be printed or prepared in China to the measurements and choices supplied by the customer. Colours can appear different on different screens and under different lighting. Small differences in colour, scale, texture or repeat may occur between a screen preview, sample and finished product.
Measurements and Customer Information
You are responsible for providing accurate wall measurements, design orientation, material selection, delivery details and any other information requested at checkout. We recommend ordering a sample where available and checking the measuring guidance before ordering. Do not rely on a product being cut or altered to fit details that were not included in the submitted measurements.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Many products are made to order or customised for the customer and produced in China. Production may begin shortly after payment or order confirmation. For this reason, cancellation, changes or returns may be limited once production has started, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective, damaged or materially incorrect.
Prices and Payment
Prices, promotions, taxes, delivery charges and payment options are shown during the ordering process. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error and will contact you where this materially affects an order. An order is not accepted until payment has been authorised and we have confirmed the order. Payment services may be provided by third-party payment providers under their own terms.
Order Acceptance and Availability
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. We may need to contact you to clarify measurements, artwork, payment or delivery details. We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, fraud or misuse is suspected, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible. If we cancel after payment, we will arrange an appropriate refund of the amount paid for the cancelled item.
Production and Delivery from China
Products are produced and shipped from China. Production and delivery dates are estimates unless a specific written guarantee has been provided. Delivery can be affected by production capacity, carrier delays, customs, weather, public holidays, remote destinations and incorrect address information. Inspection, Installation and Claims
Inspect the product before cutting, hanging or installing it. If it appears damaged, defective or incorrect, stop work and contact us with the order number and clear photographs. We are not responsible for installation costs or for a defect that could reasonably have been identified before installation. Never install more than one strip or panel before checking the colour, pattern match and suitability.
Returns and Refunds
Return and refund rights depend on the product, the reason for the return and the law that applies to your order. Made-to-measure and personalised products may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return where permitted by law. This does not limit rights relating to goods that are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or not supplied as agreed. Contact us promptly so that we can assess the issue and explain the available remedy.

Website text, product imagery, artwork previews, logos, layout and other materials belong to Solowalls or the relevant rights holder.
